  • The ONLY return of hardware such as cutaway locks, practice locks and lock picks accepted by LEARN LOCKS are those having manufacturing defects. Defective merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of order. The cutaway locks are to be opened with keys and lockpicks only, if it is determined that bumping techniques or any other kinetic opening technique has been used they will not be replaced.

    If you are not satisfied you may return books you purchased from learnlocks.com within 14 days for an exchange or refund as long as they are in NEW condition. Video tapes, DVD's and CD's may be returned for replacement if they are defective. Manufacturers packaging MUST be intact and included with ANY returned item. A return authorization number (RMA NUMBER) MUST be obtained by the customer PRIOR to shipping the defective item back to LEARN LOCKS. The RMA NUMBER may be obtained by email request. All returns handled by RMA number only. Please contact us if you've any questions at customerservice@learnlocks.com Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you give an incorrect address and we have to re-ship your order you will be charged separately for the additional shipping fees. This applies to domestic as well as foreign orders. There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned (non-defective) merchandise. **Please note: If you've placed an order and change your mind after it has shipped and refuse delivery...you will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee* and all associated shipping fees.
